1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and Interstellar Bliss Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of interstellarbliss.com as well as all associated consulting retainers, clinical psychology sessions, and IT automation architectures.

2. Description of Dual-Engine Services

Interstellar Bliss Private Limited operates two distinct service disciplines:

  • Human Consciousness & Psychological Counselling: Master's-level evidence-based psychological counselling, Himalayan contemplative practices, and executive burnout mitigation led by Acharya Ramesh Shanti (APA International Member C2304777258).
  • Enterprise IT Automation & AI Solutions: NHA ABDM healthcare ecosystem integrations, Meta Tech WhatsApp conversational chatbots, custom LLM pipelines, and CRM workflow automation led by Director & CTO Rhutwij Purbhe.

3. Commercial Invoicing & Tax Compliance (GST)

All commercial transactions, consulting fees, and enterprise milestone invoices are issued under GSTIN: 27AAICI5680B1ZK in accordance with the Central Goods and Services Tax Act of India. Registered B2B clients in India are entitled to Input Tax Credit (ITC) upon providing valid GSTIN credentials during onboarding.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, Sanskrit crest branding (चेतना-प्रज्ञा-तन्त्रयोगः), proprietary software architectures, AI pipelines, and written insights are the exclusive proprietary property of Interstellar Bliss Private Limited, protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
